How do I get started?

It’s as easy as giving us a call!

The first thing we will do is visit your home to discuss your individual cleaning needs, and to give you a free estimate.

Why can’t I get a housecleaning quote over the phone?

Coming to your home as opposed to giving you an estimate over the phone enables us to find out what your specific needs are and lets us give you an appropriate quote based on your unique home. You may need to give us special instructions about certain items or surfaces in your home, or show us places we may need to pay special attention to.

Do you supply your own cleaning products?

We supply all of our own products and equipment to complete the job. We have been working with the same products and equipment and have found them to be very successful.

Can I supply my own cleaning products?

You certainly can make a request for us to use a special product(s) that you may like. The only thing we will do is make sure we have a full knowledge of the product so that we know we will not be doing any sort of damage to your home or business.

Do the same people come every cleaning visit?

We make every effort possible to make sure that the same person is always going to the same homes. We certainly want our employees to build a relationship with our clients. In the case of holidays or sickness we’ll arrange replacement cover.

How many people will be in my home during the cleaning?

Our staff work in teams of two to efficiently clean your home.

Can I specify the day the cleaners come?

Yes, the cleaner will come the day that you required.

Do you use the same clean cloths in every house?

Absolutely NO! A fresh set of sterilised quality clean cloths and mops are used on your home.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

You do not need to be home, although of course you’re welcome to be.

Many of our customers provide us with a key to their home and, when necessary, alarm codes.  We keep your keys and access information extremely secure.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. You may cancel service any time.

What if I am unhappy with the cleaning?

The cleaning is 100% guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied, all you have to do is let us know within a working day and we will return to clean the area again to your satisfaction at no extra charge.

What if something is my home gets damaged?

In the unfortunate event that a breakage occurs, we will promptly make every effort to have the item repaired or replaced. All the
employees are fully insured to guarantee the safety of your possessions.

What is eco-friendly (non-toxic) cleaning? 

Eco-friendly cleaning refers to using cleaning methods and products with environmentally friendly ingredients designed to preserve human health and environmental quality. The products we use are as effective as bleach or any other chemicals.

What if i need to change my booked cleaning?

Just give us a call or a text message 48 hours in advance!

Is the oven and frigde cleaning included in the end of tenancy cleaning?

Yes, it is included in our end of tenancy cleaning.
